Chipotle Mexican Grill - Overland Park

I had a bowl with chicken and felt extremely sick afterward, experiencing symptoms consistent with food poisoning. I mentioned this to my colleagues, and nearly everyone advised me to steer clear of this restaurant for that reason. I decided to give it another chance but ended up feeling unwell again after trying a completely different dish. I have no food allergies and regularly dine at Chipotle without any issues. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant and strongly urge others to avoid it unless they are prepared to call both a plumber and a doctor the next day.

I frequently visit the Chipotle at Midline and 635, and it's mainly because the staff is amazing. They genuinely care about our meals and always serve generous portions. Most importantly, they make sure to provide ice water, ensuring that we stay hydrated before heading home to enjoy our delicious food.

I can't believe it – every time I order online from this place, my order ends up being wrong. The first time, they forgot my guacamole and added a salad instead. The second time, they left out the cheese and included salad again. This time, they didn’t double my protein even though I paid extra for it. I really love Chipotle, but I think I’ll start getting takeout from somewhere else.

Went to this chipotle around 8:00PM on 7/31 and had terrible service. The brunette girl in the line was EXTREMELY rude to us and 2 other customers we saw. She may have been just having a bad day, but it was mind blowing.Also, the guy doing the check out was extremely rude to a separate customer from us as well. Almost confrontational to the customer. Completely out of line and unnecessary.If I was the owner/manager it’s something I’d want to know. Those employees would not be working for me anymore.

Picked up 5 entrees for my family. My wife found this bug in her bowl. Totally unacceptable. We threw all the food out and had to drive somewhere else for dinner. I even contacted the Chipotle Corporate customer service and they completely ignored me, even with the picture. At least a refund for the food would be minimally acceptable. I would not go to this location if I were you!!
