Pizza Hut - Overland Park

I don't know who's going. they must use the “drive thru” system as their office to count money. it is unbelievably irresponsible that they have a view through door lock and count money, but have 0 skills to accommodate this running system thru system. as a new customer who has never been here, I came to a window with a dirty sign that only said, drive only thru. this man in the night of the 16th. juni at 9000 sanafe dr they have no business to have him there alone about worked I am sure. Of course I hope to point others, but from the business itself I am sure that I do not place far from the truth with the personal at many others. Thank you.

We had to cancel our uber eats order we waited to long the staff was making orders for the drivers before our online order!! The staff was not working professional at all, on staff member should have been wearing a hair net very poor run restaurant!!!

Food was good and prepared quickly! The quality has definitely improved.

When we arrived at the time the order was meant to be ready, it was not at all ready and we had to wait an additional 10- 15 minutes, despite there being no one else waiting and it was not too busy being 8.45pm on a Wednesday night. After waiting 10-15 mins longer than expected, we were further disappointed because we were given the wrong pizza. We had ordered two medium pizzas, one to be a super supreme and one to be a veggie lover, as one of us is vegetarian. In the end, we got given two medium Super supreme pizzas, and NO veggie pizza. Plus the pizzas were undercooked.

Horrible service and food!! I had a delivery order and someone ate one of my cheese sticks and put pepper on my chicken pizza when I did order it that way. The Manger hit the drive thru mirror with his fist because I asked for a refund on my order. He scared me with his rage! I will Never order from Pizza hut again!!!!!
