Taste Of India - Overton

This small restaurant located in the corner of a Jay Bros gas station saved us! We were about to survive on just oranges and chips for the next 10-12 hours. During our trip, which only had this one gas station, we stumbled upon Taste of India. We tried the samosas and chana masala, both of which were fantastic. The view from the car may not have been the most pleasant, but when you're a hungry vegan on a road trip through the heartland, who cares?
