The sweetest little coffee shop that was perfect for our morning bagels and coffee before a day of wine tasting in the finger lakes! great coffee and very attentive staff!

Shop appeared super cute. Woman working the counter was quite frankly extremely rude and miserable. I got a vibe walking in that was off. Sign on the door reads “menu on right wall”, post-it on receipt machine, “don’t grab receipt”, sign on the wall, “1 hour WiFi limit!”. I walked up to the “order here” which had a kiosk touch screen facing me and assumed I was to order myself as I was not greeted nor received any sort of acknowledgment (there was one other customer, so not busy at all). After I completed my order the woman working the counter snapped at me, “don’t touch my machine”, I apologized and said the screen was facing me so I thought it was order yourself. She then continued to bark nastily. I left and drove the 30 second drive to McDonald’s and on my way driving home saw her chain smoking outside. If I could give 0 stars I would.
We stopped as a group of 5 on our way to the first winery of the day, everything was delicious! I had an iced chai latte and raspberry scone. The barista offered to heat my scone (as well as other baker items purchased by our group) and maintained a calm composure working through each order with time and care to ensure we each had a positive experience. We would definitely visit again! Good bakery variety and the drinks ordered were all good!
