Dunkin' - Oviedo

This is the best Dunkin around town. My friend and I refuse to go to any others.

I went through the drive-through and got a coffee with my roommate, and when we took a sip of it after we left, the coffee tasted like straight cleaner. We called and were told that they dont use cleaner in their brewer, so theres no way it could have cleaner in it. The lady on the phone was really rude. Kinda concerning that apparently they dont clean the brewer, and it still doesn't explain why my coffee tasted strongly of cleaner.

Without fail you can expect the worst customer experience.

Huge change from last time that I was here. Lots of parking.

There seems to be a bee infestation at the drive through. A couple hundred of them.They gave me the wrong order originally. Wrong food. Wrong drink.Please see the picture attached of my bagel with cream cheese. I mean it’s technically a bagel with cream cheese. The essence of cream cheese. Cream cheese la croix.
