Moe's Southwest Grill - Oviedo

This is my third time ordering from this place and they didn’t get my food order right again. Everything I want in my food is listed and yet they still can’t follow the simplest of instructions. Stuff was even missing. Will never get food from this place again.

They are kind and attentive. Clean bathrooms. Tristian was an awesome employee. Everything was packaged perfectly and tasted really good.

We stopped in for lunch on 2/4. We each ordered ‘the stack’ and it was great! Service was friendly the restaurant was clean. Definitely will stop in again.

The manager was working the line and went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience. The food was hot and portion sizes were larger than expected.

Came in for a taco salad and was told they didn’t have the outer shells anymore. The associate went out of his way to make one anyway and showed a level of customer service that is usually dead these days. I may come out of my way to come to this Moe’s from Sanford to get this kind of service!
