Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

Due to the lack of fine dining options in Owen Sound, we decided to celebrate our anniversary at Kelsey's for lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The restaurant had an odd smell, we were seated slowly despite it not being busy, and our request for a booth seemed like a burden. The waitress was friendly, but the drinks were lackluster - my mojito needed more attention. Our food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, my meal was almost cold. The salmon and fries were not enjoyable at all. We also ordered wings as an appetizer, but one piece was only half a wing for the price we paid. When we brought this up to our waitress, she took it away to fix, and the manager offered a small discount on our bill. Overall, the quality of the food did not justify the prices. We do not plan on returning to Kelsey's in the future. Cheers.

Not only was the spinach dip amazing, but the food was also grate! They have grate service and good food. 9/10.

Went to Kelseys on a Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm. There were very few customers at this time. It was a long wait at the door for someone to come and seat us. A long wait for service and menus. The waitress never returned after our food was delivered. We had to flag her down for the bill after waiting for 10 minutes. She never enquired whether we"d like anything else and got huffy when we wanted to apply an advertised CAA discount to our bill. This was the second time in a week that we had really poor service at this restaurant. Don't waste your time here because it honestly feels like you are wasting theirs.

Although the staff were incredibly friendly, and accommodating. It was the worst meal we have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a steak, and my knife couldn't cut through it, it was so over cooked. The onion rings were over cooked, cold and flavouess. I have never returned a meal in my entire life, but I am too old to eat crappy food, and pay for it. Also, do not order the classic buck or the raspberry mojito, absolutely disgusting.... if I could give this a zero rating, I would. There is a reason their parklot had plenty of parking...

After a bad experience a couple years ago we had not returned until tonight. It was wing night so thought what the hell. Well we didn’t get far. Arrived at 830pm lots of empty tables. Greeter told us we would have to wait 1/2 hour. When I asked about the empty tables I was told it was because the kitchen was backed up. Would you not advise of this but offer a table for drinks etc? Not at Kelsey’s I guess. Wait in entrance and look at empty tables. We won’t be back.
