Mcdonald's - Owensville

Nothing against the employees, I just don't like the taste of McDonald's. But the employees were very nice and stayed consistently fast paced without messing up our order. That's a win in my book

Hands down the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, consistently. Just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes just to hear that they aren’t taking orders anymore, 2 minutes before they close. There’s always this teenage girl with glasses that has the worst attitude, on top of poor management.

Coming here is a gamble. You don’t know if your order will be correct, fresh, or even have cheese on your Big Mac. The only consistent product offered is their crisp sprite.

We pulled in at the drive thru and the woman working the inner lane asked if that was all for us, though we had not ordered and there was nothing on the screen. We asked if we could get hotcakes and she proceeded to say no breakfast then immediately after said they do hotcakes and burritos all day. She was blatantly rude, so we just asked if we could get a fork. In such a rude and condescending tone she said “if you come inside” and proceeded to refuse to give us a fork through the drive thru. We truly didn’t ask for much but a fork and quality customer service. Severely disappointed continuously at this location.

Ordered in the app. Received text that my order was at the counter, ready to be picked up.It was not ready for 15 more minutes.
