Burger King - Oxford

Possibly one of the dirtiest burger kings I have visited. Very laid back staff, more concerned with listening to music on their earbuds. One customer walked out with frustration and we determined that getting our order corrected was going to be a waste of time.

Waited over half an hour for a SINGLE item and didn’t even get an apology. Whilst waiting I overheard staff literally shouting at a customer when he complained they’d given him the wrong change (they had). These people are literally insane and should not be working in the service industry

Very spacious 3 floors Burger King. Very clean despite number of clients. Rather small toilet for customers only. I have ate here many times and I always found a free table. Can get extremely busy when international student visit city during summer. The service sometimes is very slow with waiting times more than 10 minutes.

In general, a good BK, the second and third floors were empty. If you want to take a break from the noise, then this place suits you. Minus for dirty tables and toilet.

At most, the atmosphere vaguely resembles an average Burger King. The food sucks, the 'large fries ' aren 't even large, they barely filled me up and didn 't even taste good. The service was terrible, I had some guy with a very thick Indian accent who I could barely understand having a go at me because I couldn 't understand what he was even saying. This place fell off and in a really bad way.
