Indian Rasoi - Oxford

We arrived to pick up a takeout order and were surprised to find that we were at the wrong restaurant. The sign outside said Karma restaurant, not Rasoi as we had expected. The manager explained that they have two restaurants operating from the same location. We were disappointed as we had intended to order from Rasoi, not Karma. It seems like there may be new ownership involved, as we don't believe the Zak family is still connected to the restaurant.

I highly recommend the tikka dish at this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Good food to great praise. personal always friendly. really nice for a birthday meal with friends. small outside seating area. easier access to public transport. eating is also nice.

Absolutely phenomenal eating and first advice service! all we have ordered was nice, but the chotpoti was one of the most beautiful things I have ever tasted!

The restaurant offers excellent vegan food options at a very affordable price. I have been to many British restaurants that serve Indian food which are much more expensive and lower quality. This restaurant truly stands out in terms of food quality. The service is also excellent. The only critique I have is that the wine list does not have any standout options, they could offer higher quality choices. However, the beer is good! Overall, I highly recommend taking out or dining in at this gem in Oxford.
