Chick-fil-a - Oxford

Only 30 minutes for lunch and I spent all my time waiting in lane 2

The drive thru and pickup here are both a joke! I waited 30 minutes for my food to be brought out today when I used the drive thru. The last time I used the app to order, they didn't bring my drinks, so they went back to get them. 15 minutes later I watch the person who runs the food chit with someone from the drive who ordered after I put out my wrong order. I finally came out of my car and went by and took my drinks from her shopping cart!

It was pretty good, but the employers don't seem happy as before, they seem sad and depressed now and it doesn't make me go, but I'm still going because that's a good meal.

I love Mac and cheese. Commercially my mouthwater made over crispy tip. Not found on mine? Super disappointed. Tastes boring as reheated frozen TV dinner Mac. Open up, dry, over cooked chicken. The best part of the meal was no longer tasting. Just my experience. We won't be back.

Love this Chick-fil-A. ? If your order is not up to par, they will not hesitate to fix it and make it right. Service is always great and employees are always a pleasure. This is one of the best and my favorite fast food restaurants in Jacksonville. McDonald's and Taco Bell could definitely take a class from them in food service and customer service skills and pretty much how a restaurant should run. If you want good fast food, visit Chick-fil-A. I promise you want be disappointed ....
