Domino's Pizza - Oxford

I?m a manager at Domino?s a different franchise I used to work for this franchise my wife and I ordered 12/5/22 we ordered a Philly sandwich extra meat the sandwich was soggy and unappetizing my pizza wasn?t round lol only our pasta bowl and specialtychicken was made right my wife called upon returning home mind you we live 17 minutes away from the restaurant the manager onduty got disrespectful with my wife then stated she had a new person tossing dough and couldn?t reimburse or credit us I laughedI was like hello I?m a manger for domino?s been doing it at least 7 years anywho we were credited we reordered 12/7/22 and whenmy wife got home guess what we received the WRING SANDWICH AND IT WAS HARD AS A BRICK LOL My pizza was decent enough BUT THIS ISEXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED FROM TIPS EAST GLAD I LEFT THIS FRANCHISE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ONE TO WORK FOR AND TRUSIR STELLARSERVICE AND QUALITY FOOD NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM I WILL DRIVE EVEN FURTHER TO DO BUSINESS WITH MY FRANCHISEONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They sent me a burnt pizza I have been trying to contact a manager for 30 minutes now and nobody will come to the phone. All I want is a remake. I will never ever order from dominos again.

Do not get your orders delivered, if you?re going to order from there pick it up. I got my order delivered and the driver did not give me my change (15.00) which I was going to give her a tip. Tried calling and they wouldn?t answer the phone. It?s notabout the money it?s the principle, you shouldn?t just assume.

Terrible service. I placed a $36 order that was canceled not long after. It wouldn?t be as much a problem if I at least knew why but they didn?t even answer their phones when I called. I like dominoes and never had this problem before but this time idk whathappened but oh well I?ll just buy from somewhere else.

I don't usually post reviews and this domino's location is generally on point. But on a very not busy night (all 3 employees in the floor greeted me when I came in and there was one other pizza for pickup) , I picked up my small pizza and am prettydisappointed at what $16+ bought. The veggies were largely uncooked, the cheese was barely melted, and though I came home andreheated it under the broiler to remedy those issues, the dough is 2/3 uncooked and gummy. It's just a sad sack pizza that didnot live for long enough in the oven. They get an A for service (really it was almost all online but the greeting was warm) butnot for baking a pizza or even including the garlic sauce I paid for but didn't get. ????
