Contribuisci feedbackMade a reservation online for a special occasion and confirmed the reservation with “Mel.” Online confirmed EMC was open till 11. We were on time for our 8:45 reservation only to find the restaurant “closing early” at the direction of the bar manager. The owner of this EMC franchise should wonder why his staff is closing his restaurant early, when the rest of the mall is open late, packed with hungry patrons. Am enclosing a picture of the online EMC hours showing open till 11 on thursdays. No one at EMC even bothered to apologize, blaming it on a former Manager. One employee claimed she called 2x and left messages the restraturant was closing early which is false. No messages received from EMC. Skip this dump and go to a real restaurant that cares about its patrons, putting service before the whims of its staff.
Service was slow. Food was OK but for the price I expected more.
I've been with emc for 5 years since they opened up, and I can say that I'm happy every time.
Clean fun atmosphere. Staff was friendly helpful. I enjoyed my cocktail, tasty food, but they are way overpriced.
Even though the food was quite cumbersome! the raw oysters were as fresh as I had in washington and came from this state as well as our own tomalas bay. the garlic noodles were fresh with a small chew or bite to the noodles. the rainbow roll was generous on the amount of sashimi that was used outside to cover the sushi roll. the carpachio hamachi was cut thin, but super fresh and delicate. Finally, the fried lobster was the jewel of the meal with a very light teig and supurb taste.
