Rincon De Los Pollos - Ozone Park

I ordered here two months ago. Let me tell you that this has become my number 1 point for every egg, meat and cheese sandwich. Every time I buy a sandwich from here, it never disappoints. Although they are a little expensive, the sandwiches taste better and fresher than the place where I got them. And the owner is a very sweet lady. I love this place.

You were so good! I ordered them every Saturday at work, but my last two orders were not great. I feel very bad because it's the chefs and nobody else. Last time, the bread on my BLT was so hard that I was left in my mouth with pain. Today I ordered a breakfast plate with bacon and got no bacon and my eggs are over the container. -1 point because the food is so good, but these last two orders were a problem

Let me tell you that I wasn't in the best mood when I came to the diner, but the waitress was so beautiful and the food was so good. I don't know what it was the ambience of this neighborhood dinner to which you went as a child and knew all or the food, but I went in a better room. It reminded me to be grateful for what I have because there was a time in my life that I didn't have much.

Haven’t seen the owner in a while, but the new staff is absolutely amazing. Also wanted to let the owner know one of your regular customers, who you gave a little leeway to as far as pouring his own coffee, has now taken full advantage by doing it without a mask on while talking on the phone over the sugar. After that, he proceeded to not stand in front of the partition and pay but go around without a mask and stand right in front of the lady at the register and ask how much. You could tell she felt uncomfortable but who wants to get into a argument over that so I don’t blame her for not telling him to stand back. It would be great if you would look at the camera today, 12/11, at around 9:30 am so you can inform this gentleman it’s not ok to act like this. Obviously he doesn’t care if his actions gets the workers and customers sick or makes customers not want to purchase coffee and food where someone not wearing a mask is touching and talking around.
