There were several cakes in the display cabinet, including a rather lush looking lemon and blueberry cake, so we go back for coffee and cake. cherry trees is a family run, owned by emma, whose mother and sister work together, so be good to support the little independent, especially when they provide for vegans.
Nestled right in the heart of Padstow, we discovered this little gem! We indulged in vegan sausage sandwiches accompanied by hash browns and enjoyed delicious caramel lattes made with milk. Everything was delightful. They also offered some wonderful brunch options. We loved it so much that we returned to pick up some vegan pasties to take home!
You can enjoy most of the food at a lower price here. I had several options and tried the falafel and avocado wrap, which was beautifully presented. They also offer alternative milk!
This lovely café was the ideal place for lunch. I enjoyed a vegan fry-up, while my son, who is also vegan, opted for a vegan sausage bap. We also tried three different types of vegan cake and took some lemon and blueberry cake to go. The staff were wonderful, and the restrooms were the most beautiful I have ever seen, decorated with flowers everywhere.
