Applebee's Grill Bar - Paducah

I was not in an applebee in a house. After I had moved here, I was glad to see that we have one. eating was not bad, fast and a very pleasant server but. this must be so badly scrubbed, I will help if they need it?. we had one standing at the window and the crawling at the blinds and windows was thick. table was sticky and I'm sorry to say I won't come back.

F I could give the manager tonight 10 stars I would give them to her. Doordash brought me the bourbon steak plain! Missing mushrooms, side of potatoes, everything. I called the manager and she brought me EVERYTHING to the hotel. WOW I honestly would hire her if she lived in Miami. AMAZING customer service. She drove the items to me in her personal car. WOW

Food was great but waitress was not very friendly. They were not extremely busy at the time but she seemed bothered that we came. We didn't order or ask for anything extra. Our refills were not a priority. It took longer to get an order placed than it did to review the food. Maybe she has a long day.

Dropped in on a Mothers day so was super busy. The waitress was wonderful and while busy we managed to sit and eat just fine. We shared a big Appetizer tray and a Burbon Street Steak and potatoes. And it filled the whole family just fine.

The WORST experience I have ever had. My waitress was not pleasant at all. We waited 10 minutes before our drink order was even taken. Then, waited an additional long period of time before we received them. Once we got our drinks they were flat. We canceled our order. We will never come back.
