My uncle opted for a chickpea and veggie wrap without chicken and thought it was great. My husband enjoyed a Beyond Burger, although vegan cheese was not available. The service was exceptionally friendly and kind. The restaurant had a great terrace with a sunset view of the canyon.

My party dined at this restaurant on Wednesday, October 18th around 2pm. The restaurant was empty when we arrived. We were greeted at the bar and asked about vegan options. Unfortunately, the menu we were given had limited options and didn't include tofu or burger choices. We ended up ordering the Quinoa Salad at the bar and sat on the outside patio to eat. The salad was tasty but lacked substance. As we were leaving, I noticed a large menu on an easel that did have tofu options listed. It was confusing to see a difference between the handheld menu we received and the larger menu displayed.
We decided to dine at this restaurant because we were disappointed with the service and long wait at Sunset 89. Additionally, my friend was staying at the hotel here. Unfortunately, we had to wait for about an hour for our food. I ordered the Beyond Burger without cheese, and it was just okay. It was more about getting something to eat after waiting for so long at Sunset 89 and here. It is worth noting that we visited during the solar eclipse weekend, and I assume that many places, including this restaurant, were understaffed due to the influx of tourists.
