El Panchito's Fil-mexicano Resto

We always drop by El Pancitos whenever we are in Pagsanjan because my family loves their food, which is like a comfort food for my children. I especially like their brownie caliente, a sizzling brownie with ice cream, which was imitated but is still more delicious than the ones offered in Manila. Their original quesadilla is to die for!!! superb love it. I also like the taste of their Chicken Pesto Pizadilla El Panchito’s is one of my favorite resto in Pagsanjan hehe

First timer Australian, Feb. 16, 2023. Nice ambience and decor successfully setting a Mexican tone. Had the salad (Ceaser), nachos, and carbonara. I had to persuade the waiter and chef that I'd like a good sprinkling of garlic on the carbonara. They were very obliging, and the result was carbonara the way I like it! Salamat!
