Jersey Mike's Subs - Palatine

Very slow service, dirty tables, I don’t recommend it

Mellissa is such a nice employee. She greeted me and was very kind while making my sandwich.

I love Jersey Mikes but this location is the worst. Waited in line for the employee to skip over me to take the next order. Asked if I'm doing a hot sub. I responded I'm doing both (to go order) and then he said next in line. I will never go back to this location and will think twice about Jersey Mikes in general.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Their sandwiches are just amazing!! They put lots of efforts to make good sandwiches for everyone so it's worth waiting. It was my first time trying Jersey Mike's and I will definitely come back.

I am usually very satisfied with this location of Jersey Mike’s Dave the manager is very friendly and all the associates are very friendly and the food is usually always fresh and delicious. However, I am disappointed with the fact that I just tried to go there for lunch and apparently they got swamped and now they’re closed for an hour to get ready for dinner time, they should not be able to close for an hour
