Contribuisci feedbackI cannot begin nor explain the amount of frustration that comes with a language barrier over the phone. As a customer, I believe it is a fair and safe assumption to say I should not have to constantly repeat myself, and constantly correct errors. A reccomendation, either train or hire any indivual who can articulate while communicating clearly and concisely to the customers within your delivery radius. However, the delivery woman was very pleasant and seemed to be in very positive spirits.
Delivery driver was very rude. Delivered to wrong house and forgot my order. I will be reporting the business to the BBB.
If I give this pizza could not stare that I would! the delivery itself lasted an hour when she told me it was for delivery. it wouldn't have disturbed me if this wasn't the first time that this happened. Sorry I ordered pizza again! make you like one and get a frozen pizza and cook it yourself they have a better experience than order from here.
The food was prepared before we were there. it was also cold, pizza was filled with so much sauce, I could have missed the extra for chicken parm, very little cheese and on some places the cheese completely. if they pay extra, the equivalent of which is hardly covered by the pizza, do they simply skip the cheese together when it is made regularly? or maybe in this facility the cook can not read and thought extra cheese was code for extra sauce? we just threw it out. no sense to come back if the expectations are already so low.
I called and asked if there were any specials and they told me no. only online. I ordered a cheese pizza. I went online and it was $5 less, so I called back in less than 30 seconds to cancel and let them know that I changed the order. the woman on the phone was upset and forgot to hang up and I heard how she could curse on it in the background. not sure what's in my pizza. I guess it's right to save a few dollars and give them a tipp with the extra money.
