Dunkin' - Palm City

Horrible customer service!!! My coffee wasn't given to me the exact way I ordered it. I had to get to my destination, and go back to Dunkin Donuts. I explained what happened, and she rolled her eyes at me, didn't apologize, and handed me the coffee as if I was in the wrong. They need to hire people with customer service, or retrain the ones they have.

This dunkin is managed so badly all the time. Food never ready. They say they open at 5am. More like whenever they feel like it. This location is garbage and I will never come back!!

Not often do I get service like I did today. Sarah the manager had my coffee made in less than one minute, no bs. Have NEVER had an experience like today. Shout out Sarah and the crew today on feb 7 2023 at 730am?

The kids here are jerks and they make coffee poorly. Avoid it. 0/10

Yall. $7.50 for a plain bagel and an iced tea is ridiculous. The economy is bad, but not that bad. Prices are outrageous.
