La Bella Italia Mallorca Arenal

I found this restaurant and I ate there every day. The staff is very kind, the food is really delicious. They were incredible with my 3 yars old daugther. The ambiance is cool and make you feel really comfortable

Came with my friend. Food was good but pretty slow service. The main issue was caused by bugs (ants) in the area. First noticed when we read the outside menu which was crawling with bugs. We ordered two tequila sunrises and both our drinks were swimming with dead ants, which really should have been picked up by wait/bar staff at first point. There must have been over ten in each of our drinks. As mentioned in a previous review it seems that there is an ants nest in the outdoor restaurant vicinity, which was made evident as there were a huge amount of them by our feet as well as in our drinks. A nice place to sit and very friendly waiters! The best pizza I’ve had in Mallorca! We will definitely come back here!

I visited this restaurant this evening with my family. After a long day, we were all very hungry and as Italian is our favourite type of food, were really looking forward to our meals. Unfortunately, to begin with the service wasn’t the best and the waiter wasn’t helpful when asked questions about our courses but we let this slide. Shortly after our drinks had arrived, we noticed there was a very large ants nest right under my brothers seat and when we confronted the staff about this, they shrugged it off and just said “oh I know.” So, then our food came and by this point we were understandably starving. The upside was that my mum really enjoyed her pizza but to the rest of my familys disappointment, the pasta that we had was clearly not cooked and the carbonara sauce was none existent and extremely dry. Despite confronting the staff about this, we were made to feel as though our complaint was unwarranted and as though their reviews were all positive. After reading some of the ones that are recent, we now know this isn’t the case and noticed another person has also complained about the pasta too. Finally, when we were given our bill, the waiter hovered above us which was extremely rude! We were grateful that one dish was deducted from our bill but we most definitely won’t be returning again and I do not recommend to any considering eating here!

This place makes homemade pasta which is really good. Only downside is that they did not offer bread or parmesan cheese with the pasta. Desserts are massive one would be ample for sharing. Nice coffee and nice atmosphere.
