Taco Bell - Palmdale

Didn’t pay attention to order, didn’t ask it my order was correct, didn’t tell me too pull forward, randomly stopped talking and at the front window I had to say no ice to my drink for a third time, the young lady got very rude. When I checked my crunchwraps one of them was very ripped barley ANY food in it. The second one was poorly made. Horrible

Their burritos are empty. My five layer burrito was just two layers of tortilla. Like a splash of meat, no beans minimal cheese. Like everytime from here. So upset with having samples as a 6 dollar burrito or taco.

Rude rude rude, I ordered they have me my food in ok time. But man from start to finish rude, clearly they don't wanna interact with customers. He asked did you order from the screen already, with a scoff. They were missing my drink and literally took everyone there asking each other where the drink was. Dude is not that complicated. Then just put it in the counter without looking at me or my direction. I sure said something. I said excuse me can you look at me when you're direction a word to me please, but not with an attitude, but very stern. All of a sudden she wanted to interact. Nope not having it! They won't help you with anything!

This location is hit or miss.. depending on who's making the food! Some days it's really good, fresh, delicious and then other days the food tastes old, not fresh, made like it's thrown together by your enemy that had a bad day. The manager is the worse! She is beyond unprofessional and doesn't seem to care about the upkeep of the bathrooms or dining area and definitely does not care about the customers keeping this location in business. I drive to Lancaster or literally any other location to avoid this one whenever I can.. if my family wants Taco Bell and we're near this location, I beg them to pick something else or wait til we get to a different location! Trust me, you're better off making the drive to a better location.

No a friendly environment and there rude I had to buy a burrito to use the restroom their manager is just as rude as the staff
