The juices have interesting names however the owners would do better to spend some time and improve the taste of their drinks. I asked for decaffeinated coffee, but they had only caffeinated.
Friday 08/11/2023 at 1:18pm, I visited the location in Palo Alto, 508 University Avenue Palo Alto CA 94301. My experience with the employees were not met to my expectation. I had ordered a Tunacado and a Matcha Latte. First, the Matcha Latte had no flavor or taste. It was straight up tap water that was green. Second, I FOUND SHORT BROWN HAIR IN MY SANDWICH. I did not think it was a big deal but I wanted to notify the workers to be careful because that was not sanitary. The guy who made my food looked at me and my friend and said, what do you want me to do about it? That set me off the wrong way, because I never expected anyone to give so much attitude in a situation like this. I simply would 've been fine with an apology. I did not expect him to make me a new one or anything. I just wanted him to know what had happen because that was disgusting. On top of that, his coworker, who had curly blonde and black roots hair, was staring at us and he rolled his eyes. I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE FOR BOTHERING YOU GUYS. I did not know that it was BOTHERSOME TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPEN WITH MY FOOD?... Anyways, REALLY SPEECHLESS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK AFTER THAT. Food didn 't meet average expectations and ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY LACKED. There was also another girl on the shift, She was patient and a sweet heart. However, THE OTHER TWO GUYS.. UNBELIEVABLE. I seriously wanted to try the tunacado because people on TikTok were talking about it and how it was good. So just wanted to come with my friends to see what the hype was about. Those workers ruined the experience for me and never would I have expected someone to state that statement, What do you want me to do about it? What an actual bummer. I even saw some yelp reviews about this place, but I seriously wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because I understand how working with customers can be difficult. However, those two workers honestly need customer service training, if anything. To save everyones time, money, and effort, literally just take your money else where because it wont be worth if you are paying money for a shitty time.
I came here with friends to discover the whole rave for the tunacado. It was okay, but for $12, not worth it, and the matcha latte tasted like tap water. The staff (they looked like they hated working here) and customer service were terrible, the only nice person was the only girl working. My friend found hair in hers, we inquired about it and the guy rudely said, What do you want me to do about it. No apology whatsoever and another guy rolled his eyes at me. IDK wear a hat! At that point, we did not even want a sandwich remake, did not want to risk the chance of having him spit in our food. Overall, take your money elsewhere. Vibes here are unpleasant!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment. The demeanor of the staff was consistently impolite, the cleanliness of the tables left much to be desired, and the coffee tasted more like a diluted version of coffee-flavored water. To make matters worse, when I kindly requested one of the staff members to clean our table, their efforts were careless and resulted in all four of us being unintentionally sprayed with cleaning solution. This unfortunate incident even resulted in my Burberry trench coat getting stained by the chemicals they were using. Additionally, the coffee cups were filled to the brim, leaving no room to actually enjoy the beverage. I strongly advise against visiting this particular location. We did not drink the coffee, it was yellow.
