Fantastic experience...serene environment in the lap of nature...mountain view. Well maintained, splashing pool, koi pond, forest trail, peaceful, kids activity center, spa, royal breakfast, excellent hospitality. What else one need to stay in the hotel. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a gem. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, the food and beverages are nice, the services are rendered excellently. I count there are 7 power plugs in the room so I need not worry about where to charge my electronic devices all at once. Gym is opened from 7am to 10pm, located right above the restaurant with the view to the pool. I enjoy my stay here. The shopping mall is a stone's throw away if guests need something else.

The hospitality was so nice. I think it well improved in compare to my last visit back on the end of 2022 and so many years back. Shout out to kak Manis who was in charge in the lobby's lounge, she was very helpful and talkative during my stay. I might say, for 5 star hotel, the couragement of person to person hospitality is very amazing.

A very elegant hotel, with excellent service, everything is prepared freshly and with attention to detail. For breakfast very impressive with a wide range of delicious options. The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, clean, basically the best! The hotel location is strategic and close to shopping centers. The facilities are quite complete, especially for those who bring small children, a kids friendly swimming pool and there are outdoor kid indoor playground games. The breakfast also varies, there are standard breakfast and traditional food. First time stay, good impression we have. We arrived before check-in time and were served very well at the front desk. The rooms are spacious and clean. A varied menu with local and international flavors in each dish is sure to be cooked by a talented chef, freeing us to choose food that suits our taste buds.

Amazing place. the hotel is very comfortable, beautiful. The design is modern but also thick with Javanese culture. Friendly service. Holidays with children are fun because there is a large and clean play area, a swimming pool for children is also good. And the most fun is close to the mall.
