We visited the restaurant today 19/11/2023 for buffet lunch and asked to bring some hot water. After paying over 160 eur we have noticed that we were charged 10 eur for hot water, I am living in Cyprus over 25 years and I have never been charged for hot water before. after asking why we were charged so much we were initially told to get up from the table and go somewhere in order to speak to the manager. We were appalled by such a suggestion. Then we were accused of being rude. Then the manager actually came to our table and was literally talking in my daughters face(literally 15 centimeters away from her face) saying that it’s service charges and asking us questions like: “who is going to wash the cups? Who is going to wash the jug? Etc”. Then the manager said they do not welcome customers like us. A surreal experience that I have never encountered before. Having told this story to Cypriots, they said that had it not been foreigners, the restaurant wouldn’t have charged “locals” for that. My husband is Cypriot and was appalled by such behavior when we told him about what happened. Would not recommend this restaurant if you don’t like rude staff and terrible service. Don’t wish to generalize, the previous time we came to this restaurant about 6 weeks ago, the service was decent. So it might be that we were unlucky today.

The waiter ruined the whole impression of the place. When he brought the meze to my friend and me, he took the plate from his wife so that she wouldn’t try something she didn’t order. The meze is very poor, not worth the money at all. The waiter reprimanded the child that she took the dessert at the wrong time. The waiter added a bottle of wine that was not ordered to the bill. The waiter began to scold me rudely and loudly, in front of the whole restaurant, for the fact that my family took more desserts than necessary and this was not according to the rules, he said that I was watching you and counting the plates. Although he did not explain any rules in advance. It was terrible. The manager said that the waiter was not to blame, but that I was to blame because I didn’t understand English well. (I speak and understand English well) Conclusion: This place is now a head waiter, not a manager or a guest. I highly recommend it. The price is extremely high for such a cheap level.

I can only support one of the last comments with a low rating. This was my second time in this establishment. The first time, in May, it was actually not bad. But on November 18, 2023 there was a complete failure on the part of the waiter. To stand at the table and scold us, the guests, practically to the entire room, for not taking strawberries from the dessert buffet for the child at the wrong time. To reprimand for the fact that the approach to this table can be only once. And nothing was said about this in advance. Accept an order for a bottle of wine, come and say that it has run out, confirm the choice of another bottle, but leave both on the bill. Bring the wine, open it, pour it for “evaluation”, leave immediately and return in 5 minutes. I don’t know whether this will be politically correct or not, but how else can you clarify about this waiter if he is Asian. He considers himself superior to others, but he has shown himself to be a disgusting “specialist” waiter and person. The manager talked to my friend about these points, but when I approached, I heard that: “ 'this is their style. ' Hello! Is it the waiters ' style to treat guests as nobody? But it seems that no one here cares about the guests. Regarding food: the price is too high and does not fully correspond in quality to the given price tag. If you have a choice, go to another establishment.

It’s the best restaurant in Cyprus. Delicious food, nice atmosphere, excellent quality for a good price, friendly staff. I recommend visiting this place Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €25–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
