Burger King - Paola

The service is friendly, but very, very slow. I always regret choosing BK on a lunch break because I will stand in the lobby or sit in the parking lot staring at them for 20 to 30 minutes waiting for my food. By the time I receive my food, my lunch break is over and I get to return to work late without getting the chance to eat anything. I thought order ahead would be a solution to this problem, but it is not. I can order 15 minutes ahead of time, but they won’t start working on it until I arrive, then I spend another 15 to 20 minutes waiting for it to be prepared. One time I spent five minutes standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged just so they could start my order. Food is great, service has room for improvement. Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is great.

Absolutely NO service. I stood in line over 10 minutes. There were 2 people making drive-thru orders 1 taking orders, but not a single person working the front register. I was NOT the only person in line but I was the 1st one to get tired of waiting. I can't tell you what the food tastes like since I was never given the opportunity to order any.

Thet people were pleasant ,food was good but this place in Kansas even after buying $32 in food ,they would not give me a small water for my 5 grandchildren to waste down the food ,she said she has to change 1.25 per sm water because of the owners r very strict and she would lose her job , really I believe the owners should remember created everything that's is making them wealthy as they turn their backs on God his children ,really God bless

The impossible whopper tastes exactly like a whopper! I am allergic to beef and pork and this is the only place in town I can go for a burger that I can actually have that tastes amazing!
