Contribuisci feedbackI’m a pretty regular customer here, as I stop here almost every day for lunch while I am working. However at this visit, I placed a pickup order through the drive through like I normally do as I’m leaving work which is about 5 minutes away from this Starbucks. When I came to the window, an old woman.. I’m assuming the manager came to the window to let me know I really need to wait the estimated pick up time because it doesn’t work like that. I said back to her “ oh, I’m sorry I thought by me putting this in a head of time would be easier then me pulling though the drive through and ordering the same exact thing?” She responded back with no, you’re not giving us enough time, you need to wait till it’s ready “ so I said okay. Then the next time I will put the order through the drive through and wait. Maybe it’s me? Everyone I stated this too including other Starbucks facility’s, agreed this was unnecessary. Maybe I should go up the street to the other one.

Go to a different Starbucks. They purposely under-fill their drinks. You are already paying quite a bit for Starbucks- you should at least get a full cup. I have been ordering from this location for my office weekly for over a year. In the last two months, they started under-filling their cups by several inches. When I asked about it, they offered to add more ice or milk. The other location (near the chick fil a), and every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to, doesn’t do this.
