I 'm pretty sure the guy making my sandwich was high. The bread was wrong, the sandwich wasn 't wrapped properly so the ends of the sandwich were just out in the open and spilled everywhere. The app said my sandwich was ready after twenty minutes and yet when I walked in the two people working said that they just got a bunch of online orders . Which is code for we weren 't paying attention and got behind. Thirty minutes for a sandwich all together. No other customers were in the store either so they weren 't busy.
Waited behind a line of 3 people and it still took them 25 minutes before my order of two sandwiches was completed. We had both of our sandwiches toasted but they sat on the counter getting cold before they ever added toppings.
Subway owner decides he won’t take subway coupons after your sandwiches are completed. Instead of buy one get one with large pop and cost $13.50. I paid $25.30 cause nothing posted about not taking subway coupons. The gal was real nice and said franchise owner doesn’t take coupons.I would like to know why someone would run a business like this as I did like this location. Now I will drive to another location to get a subway.Remember to ask if a subway takes your coupon and picks and chooses which ones they may accept.Hope the owner would change hisPolicy or put a pink sign NO COUPONS ACCEPTED.
