I had the shrimp in diablo sauce and it was fresh and delicious. The rice and beans were also really good. The people who own it are friendly and accommodating. I have food issues and they were happy to tell me which dishes I could eat. It's a bit hard to locate but it sits next to Rite-aid. It's worth locating.
The food taste like they are heating up a Swansen frozen Mexican TV dinner. Taco Bell just down the street serves better food and that's not a plug for Taco Bell.
We've been here twice and both times it is ok. It's very basic food. Burritos are large and average tasting. Ambiance is kind of 50s diner which is strange. Three stars is a stretch but compared to others in town that's how they earned the third star.
The service and staff are excellent. You can tell they take pride in their restaurant. It's exceptionally clean, they are super friendly and prompt, and the food is pretty good. I'll admit that I judge harshly when it comes to Mexican. I would give the food itself 3 stars. The rice and beans were good. The enchilada sauce was really good. I was disappointed with the chili rieno because it wasn't breaded. It only seemed to have egg, although the flavor was good. I would say it's the best Mexican I've had in paradise. I've been to 3 places so far since I've moved here.
