A&w Paradise

I just left the drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. My order was taken incorrectly, and when I received my food, I noticed that a drink and fries were missing. I informed the staff, who refunded my meal but then charged me again at a higher price. Despite this, I decided to just head home. Unfortunately, once I got there, I realized the fries were still missing and the drink was flat. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. I paid over $70 for 4 hamburger meals, and I am not happy that the items were missing.

Just like another reviewer mentioned, the restaurant does not offer free refills on fountain soda, despite their corporate Twitter page claiming they should be provided.

Food was great and service was good. Reason for 3 stars is that they don't offer free refills on fountain pop. Can't think of any other fast food restaurant that does this.
