Beautiful small Vietnamese restaurant. eating is delicious. the personal is friendly. good for the whole family. I wasn't disappointed. the prices are good.
During a recent trip, we stopped at this hidden gem while searching for a place to eat. The four of us ordered different appetizers and main courses, and everyone agreed that each dish was delicious. The beers were cold and the service was fantastic. Despite it being a quiet Saturday night, we didn't mind - it was a win for us!
We live nearby, so we decided to give this restaurant a try since the reviews were good. Our family of 5 was one of the few customers there that night. We were given a menu but were later informed that some items were not available. When we asked for an updated menu, we were given one. It was puzzling why we were handed a menu with items that were no longer available. The appetizers we ordered were really good - egg rolls, pork buns, and shrimp toast. The pub toast with prawns was a bit lacking in toppings, but still tasty. We had to wait a bit for our drinks to arrive after placing our order, which made the kids antsy. The main dishes - honey chicken, salt and pepper squid, pork spare ribs with BBQ sauce, and fried rice - were okay. The squid had a nice texture, but I'm not a fan of squid so I can't comment. The honey chicken and spare ribs had very little meat, but at least the flavor was okay. We noticed that the prices on the first menu we saw were cheaper than what was on the updated menu and what we were actually charged. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I will be sure to share my feedback with the restaurant.
Definitiw one of the tenderest broth. the roasted bark rice noodles are also delicious. this place is also fully licensed.
