A great casual place to stop and eat a delicious burger. There are a variety of options and choices of burgers on the menu. Place your order and make your choices at the entrance, stand and watch and wait while your food is quickly prepared, and take your tray of food to a table in the small dining area to enjoy. Big Fernand is somewhat similar to a Five Guys restaurant found here in USA, except the burgers are even better than Five Guys, but the venue is very much smaller than Five Guys. Everyone raved about their paprika seasoned fries. The manager and staff are very understanding and helpful to us Americans who have a very limited ability to speak French!

Cela faisait longtemps que je devais tester Big Fernand et je n'ai pas été déçu !Le produits sont très bonne qualité que ce soit la viande, le fromage, les buns, les sauces, etc... comparés au fraudes dans le milieu comme Mc Do, Quick & co.L'accueil est très cool, le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute. J'y retournerais à coup sûr et comme le dit la maison "Arrêtez de bouffer des burgers ! Mangez des hamburgés !"
