Don Juan's Cantina - Park Ridge

We did not have a reservation but were seated at the bar. Drinks and food were great. Had the bacon wrapped shrimp and the jalapeno popper appetizer with chorizo. Both were delicious. Our server was warm and friendly, even though she was busy. We will definitely be back.

Very nice neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Lots of regulars and a cozy feel, but a little louder and vivacious than similar restaurants as a result. We took in the MSU v Butler college hoops game on the large screen above the bar, and my partner sampled a custom beer on tap that had the slightest hint of lime in the flavoring. The food was delicious, but not exactly distinctive. The chips and spicy mole salsa that they served as we sat down: priceless.

Came across this place our first year being here. So nice and the people are so cool. I love the food and atmosphere. You must try this gem of a place. Best Park ridge of Best Mexican restaurant for 2023.

Overall good food and service. I only tried the tacos, as well as the rest of my party. Will review again after my next visit.

My bacon wrapped shrimp was awesome and it came with a salad that was delicious also. The mango margarita was very tasty. Service was right on point. will be back!
