Contribuisci feedbackWe were craving for some ramen and found this place not too far from home. They were open until 10 pm on a Saturday which was great. Nice ambience, good staff but the ramen was just OK nothing special. We?ve had better ones from Strings Ramen and otherplaces.
Did a takeout for a Jimmy Poke Burrito. It was odd at first to eat poke wrapped in seaweed but I enjoyed it. I would probably get it in a bowl the next time though but it was very flavorful. The fish was pretty good. Ordering experience was pleasant, thehost showed me the menu and was there to answer any questions and also guided me where to sit to wait for my food.
(W 6/15/22 Have dined in and ordered out a few times since my last review and posted photos as well. Service remains friendly and attentive although there are signs of short staff. Ordered the Maki Dinner this time around and it was ok, probably wouldnot order again. My Fiancée ordered their Spicy Miso Chicken and the spices were excellent (definitely spicy! a spice unlikeother ramen joints we have been to. (Fri 5/14/21 No complaints here This place is great! Friendly and quick customerservice, absolute fresh tuna and salmon, and the Sushi Burritos are loaded more than generous portions!
Delicious. What a gem in Park Ridge. The fish is fresh, the mango milk tea was made perfectly. Service was also quick and courteous. I make a stop here usually after getting my nails done next door!
I have been a regular here since they have opened. The food is always good. I always order the same thing and only once prior to today they accidentally got my order wrong. Today, I ordered an order for pick up. My husband?s was fine, mine wasincomplete. It was missing ginger, sesame seeds, tobiko and masago. The sauce didn?t taste what I normally order ether. Icalled the place up just to let them know. This sweet hostess asked me to send a picture of my food, so I did. I received a callback from her and she basically started to describe the items that I was missing telling me they were in my food, but in smallamounts so I probably didn?t notice. I explained that this was not my first order, but she proceeded to say ?my manager said ? ?when I told her I know what masago, tobiko and sesame seeds were she put me on hold and came back saying ?my manager said??basically defending the food and making me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. The manager never got on thephone, hiding behind this girl. I did not want anything but they also didn?t handle a customer concern well either. As for thegirl who answered the phone she was very nice and professional. The manager should have been the one handling a complaint, not her.
