Contribuisci feedbackFYI, one of your barista from today(4/20) named Elli was very rude to one of the customers she was serving before me.
I have shopped here at least 10 times and I don 't think I have EVER encountered a single kind, or well mannered employee. I think the entire staff would benefit from some kind of customer service retraining, including the stocking team. It seems no matter what day or time you visit the staff are restocking, which I understand this is probably a high demand store, but they storm through with giant carts with a face that reads move it shoppers you 're in my way. One time I even encountered someone stocking who had the stock cart sideways blocking the entire isle. When I politely asked please can I squeeze through trying to pass with my baby carriage, he scoffed, threw me a dirty look and barely moved out of the way. Additionally, boxes for restocking consume the floor of the isles making it hard to navigate. At the till we try and make polite conversation... How is your day? A reply of fine and nothing else is said, if we didn 't bother asking the check out process would be complete silence. Also, all the self check outs are always open, but if you actually want s human being to check you out, prepare to wait in line at one of the possible 2 tills that are open. I come from shopping at the highlands ranch location which I would give a five star for customer service. EVERY employee there is kind, happy, and polite. I would be willing to bet this location has a similar if not higher shopping volume, and I cannot recall ever seeing anyone stocking, certainty I have never felt insulted by anyone at highlands ranch. It is a very nice shopping experience. Now, at this Parker location I kind of dread coming here. If you value good customer service, this place cannot provide it. The only reason I give a second star is because it has a market style layout compared to other kings I 've seen. Is this really a representation of the company? Not good
Where do I start with this store? Just tried to cash a legit check at their 'Money Services ' counter after waiting for 10 minutes for them to even get money for the drawer. While I was waiting there were 3 customers that came up to the customer service desk for 3 different reasons and they couldn 't be helped for one reason or another. The Manager that assisted the customer service person was extremely rude. He didn 't apologize for the wait and did not seem to be in any hurry whatsoever to help. After all of this, they couldn 't cash the check because their system didn 't recognize it. She actually told me to go try Safeway. I 've been a customer at this location for 2 years and the management is seriously lacking. Boooooo.
We have spent too much time here, not to check. it's dead. probably the most famous coffeeshop in the world. I'll grab a coffee and a snack at dieucks in fashion center building. it is a beautiful place to make a break and enjoy the city. the staff is very beautiful, there is a lot of space. they are looking forward to hosting our team for coffee. Thank you.
Used drive through and lady at window has a mask but other employees inside did not. Great cough or breath on food and drink while we have a pandemic. Irresponsible Starbucks more than happy to take my money but not protect the customers.
