I have the standard pizzeria and the knack was amazing. in any case one of my favorite DiCarlo's pizzas I had. I want to go back more while I'm here and enjoy more pizza.
I arrived on a Sunday shortly after 2:30 o'clock. the place was empty, but that didn't bother me. the layout is pretty. to the left when they go into the bar and pool table area. right is the family dining room with the fountain pop machine, seasoned and flatware, and drink cooler. the dining room is clean and the decor is minimal and modern. the menu is dead and big, as the cover image shows. I will point out that the 1-Cut option seems no more than the smallest option that is available when I went was 3-Cut for 4.50 and 50/Topping I was torn between this and the calzone, so I decided to go ahead and order both. I went with standard perfume and melted cheese for the pizza and pfefferoni for the calzone. I don't know why, but instead of going to dive with the usual marinara or garlic butter, I decided to ranch. with a fountain drink came my total to about 14, what really was 't all that bad in considering the amount of food I got, so I'll complain about this being too expensive. I chose a stand and waited approx. 10 minutes until my food arrived, which tells me it was fresh. I like the presentation in the kartons. it obviously saves cost for the courts for the personal, but it does not feel like being a cop out cheap. I've read some complaints about it, but you know what? it works for me. I will say that, just one suggestion, maybe they should have serviette dispensers, salt/peffer shakers and crushed red pepper/pomsan cheese shakers at the tables. I had to stand up to get more serviettes at one point and since the place was empty, I took a shaker out of the cheese and red pfeffer on my table so that I had to 't have to foot back when I'm satisfied. not a knock against the place, only a suggestion that could improve customer experience. I decided to try the pizza. each square cut had 3 slices pfefferoni. I understand that this is her signature and it worked, but I would have loved more pfefferoni per disc, but it was still well balanced. I'm also a big fan of Provolone cheese as a pizza cheese. one of the pizza chains I miss is donatos that uses this type of cheese, and it gives itself very good to pizza so that I definitely appreciate this cheese choice. I still don't know if I'll ever try the blows cold, but you never know. the sauce is great. there was not too much on it and there has a good sweet, acidic taste, with just the right amount of flavor to give it a bold taste. that's not your run-of-the-millin sauce. that made me regret my choice of diving for my calzone. the crust is fantastic. crispy floor with a beautiful wood on the side where the cheese caramelized and delicate, chewing crumbs. had not tasted teig or yeast. the pizza has worked. solid kudos for it. I hear her sausage is great so I'll try it next time. next was the calzone. the crust looks phenomenal, youngs. perfectly shaped, and the application of butter was great so it was a beautiful, shiny glaze. I wish there would be more garlic in the butter (if that is what was used) because it would really increase this. I'm sure I appreciate asking if I wanted ricotta on my calzone. I'm a big fan of ricotta, but I have friends and family who absolutely hate it and don't get a calzone when it comes to it. the calzone tasted great. the crust is really great here. again crispy with a delicate train and not even tasted. the toppings are very tasteful. my only disappointment was that the ranch I got was fat-free. I didn't pay attention to the label when I ripped it off, but when I tasted it, I knew it right away. I tasted artificially and out. I don't know if this is all they offer or if it happened to me instead of the regular ranch, but I didn't expect it and was a bit away. again I deeply regretted that I did not get marinara with my calzone and will not make this mistake again. all in all I have enjoyed my time and eat really liked and will definitely be back.
Delicious! I grew up on pizza place and that's my favorite. the sauce is amazing! I never had a bad pizza from here. Oh, if you're wondering, it's Chesebrot
Always delicious. Peperoni reels are the best either fresh or counter style. philly calzone is the best.
First time eating there and it was very good! Love the cannoli chips too.
