Contribuisci feedbackI wanted to give special recognition to Xiomora. They always go above and beyond to ensure that the guest experience is fantastic. During my recent visit, I ordered two special coffees that were cold and very bitter. Normally I would just throw them away and leave, but this time I went back and Xiomora made them right. All employees should be trained to ensure consistency in all special coffee selections. My advice to the manager would be to ensure proper training for all staff and have a regional manager taste-test all the coffees to meet company standards. Xiomora should be commended for their excellent guest service skills.
Leslie Linn. She is part of the management team at this place, Wawa. My family is from the Midwest and we don't have these fuel points there. So I went into this for the first time and asked a young lady behind the counter why their food is so highly rated. There is, of course, a gas station attached. Leslie was so friendly and informative. She explained a little about the reward program and then directed me to where I could order my food. The menu is completely customizable daily. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the chicken bacon lunch salad and it was delicious. But what really stood out was the service. This Wawa is not your typical gas station. It is clean, friendly, professional, and everything is done with a smile. Thank you, Wawa, and thank you Leslie Linn. You are now my go-to spot for fuel and many other needs. Highly recommended.
