Arabica Coffeehouse And Hookah

While visiting Beachwood for work, I looked for a nearby hookah lounge that had a more relaxed vibe rather than a club atmosphere, and I found Arabica Coffee House. I visited on a Tuesday night, and it wasn't too crowded. The hookah was excellent, and they also served alcohol. The ambiance was relaxed, modern, and kept very clean. The service from the entire staff was outstanding, and I especially appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the bartender, Suhey. I highly recommend checking out this place if you're in the area!

Good place, but overrated. Across the street is SKY LOUNGE, and they have food unlike arabica, and there prices are literally half of arabica, and better quality. Plus, Arabica does mandatory gratuity, which kind of defeats the purpose of tipping based on service. This used to be my go to spot every time, but after one trip to SKY, I don't see any reason going back to arabica. ALSO, they reuse hoses. Sky gives you brand new in packaging. Arabica washes them and seals them up in the back. Water stains inside the hose itself.

Wanted to give this place a try since there isn 't many hookah bars to go out to in Cleveland. Drove about 30 minutes to the place, only to be have an employee rudely tell us that we 're closing up soon. It 's hilarious because they have inconsistent hours. If you 're going to turn away business, then update your hours! Yet, it 's my fault for not reading the reviews since this place has a streak for racism, inconsistent service, and gang violence. Wasn 't given an opportunity to try the place out, and now I won 't even bother.

Arabica is an excellent spot to escape and savor the perfect cup of coffee! It's a place where friends turn into family!

This is a no-frills hookah cafe with a fantastic patio area, excellent customer service, and a solid menu. The staff is incredibly laid-back—they even allowed me to bring my dog and offered him water and ice to keep him cool on the hot patio. I had a work call, and one of the employees asked if I wanted the music turned down, which was a really nice touch. It’s a great spot to get some work done. Just a heads up: their opening time is more of a guideline than an exact schedule, but that's a minor issue compared to the overall service and atmosphere. They also serve fantastic espressos. Definitely worth checking out!
