Wendy's - Parma Heights

Idk who the hell is on staff at night but this is RIDICULOUS!!! I waited 40 min if not longer for a damn doordash order. worst wendy’s swear to god, don’t recommend coming here. AT ALL!

2024 update after a yr not going to this location I thought well maaaaaybe they've got their stuff together now. WRONG. Ordered a baconator on a pretzel bun got home and there was absolutely no bacon on my sandwich. Like NONE, not even a slice. Called the store, spoke with the manager, she took my name down for a replacement at a future date. Went a week later, ordered the exact same sandwich baconator on pretzel bun. The same manager was working handing my order to me all proud that she knows there's bacon on this one because she made it herself. Got home... no pretzel bun. This location is awful Wow just the lack of customer service from the drive thru person. You could hear her exasperated sigh over the speaker. Like we were and inconvenience to her. And how do you not have pretzel buns for a staple item?

There's sandwich are not juicy like they used to be.

I grew up in Parma Hts, and used to go to this Wendy's quite often. Boy, have times changed. First time here in 20 years, stood at counter for way too long before anyone even knew we were in the dining room. After employees were yelling back on for, as to who was going to take our order, and then the girl couldn't seem to get the register to work to take our order, we decided McDonald's sounded better, and we walked out

Food is great and the new dining room is clean and very nice. Service is the issue. Either understaffed or poor staffing has a HUGE slow down on food coming out. Takes around 25 minutes to get an order inside.
