The restaurant never opens and does not return phone calls. I believe it may be closed permanently.

This restaurant is extremely rude and run down, with disgustingly dirty conditions. It's a mystery how they are still in business. The place looks like it should be condemned just by peeking through the window. They need to improve their standards and clean up the restaurant immediately. The owners should be ashamed of the state of their establishment.
