Smokehouse Bbq In W

I have a condo around the corner, and this is my favorite spot in WP for a quick bite to eat. Chicken thighs, burnt ends, ribs, wings and hot links are all excellent. All the sides are awesome, sandwiches are good and the food always comes out hot and quick. Main criticism is that the brisket is usually dry or tough. As someone who has royally screwed up briskets at home, I don’t really hold it against them. Pulled pork can also sometimes be dry, but the last time I was there the pulled pork was some of the best I’ve ever had.

Super chill vibes! Really awesome people and amazing food! I had the brisket and the collard green stew. The brisket was moist and tender full of flavor! The collard green stew was the best greens I have ever had period! Also Grateful Dead themed which gives it such a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Best BBQ around. Every time we come to Colorado we have to eat here. In fact, last week my son insisted on eating here for lunch and dinner

I have driven by this place many times but never again! Had the burnt ends, hot links and pulled pork and all were on point. Beans and Cole slaw were both good too. Gotta ask for the BAMA sauce! Definitely have the best music playing too!
