Pizza Hut Parry Sound

ACTUALLY, I was at KFC. The 3 people in there all had complaints about service, accuracy and timeliness. I was in and out in 5,6 minutes. No complaints from me. Timing is everything I guess. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is with Pizza Hut, who would.not give me any info per.the phone about KFC!! Not their phone number, whether or not they were open, NOTHING! And they are in the same building...

We stopped there on the way home from Elliot Lake for Lunch, didn't really want McD food, or Hortons'..it was slow service, but the personal size pizza and a coke went down really well...will be back next time...probably in September.

After an online ordering nightmare, and over half hour of trying to reach the store to make a correction, I drove up and went inside instead. Planned on picking up my order and never going back. With 5 other pizza places in town, why deal with the headache here. I used to work in customer service and honest the service up to this point was outrageous,and upon entering the place was complete chaos, and didn't seem like it was going to be much better service. The guy behind the counter is not only now, dealing with my issue, but also helping the other staff member beside him,to ensure that order was being made correctly, and checking out some build charts at the same time to ensure the new product was being made correctly. Dustin (I beleive his name is) explained they were also running out of dough, at dinner time on a Friday night. BUT, He seemed to be handling everything like a pro. He was prompt, friendly, efficient and thanks to him, my issue was rectified, and I will DEFINITELY going back

Pizza has always been good. They seem to be under staffed at times because both take-out and dine in service can be slow, having to wait 45 min for a take out pizza is a little long.

Friendly staff, decently fast service, AMAZING PIZZA! I love pizza hut and this specific store delivers the same quality as all others. They seemed a bit unorganized but hey I'm unorganized when I'm busy too.
