Le Cafe Creme - Pasadena

Unexpectedly found this adorable cafe while shopping. The owner was super friendly! His wife makes the pastries from scratch (the almond tart was super yummy) and she owns the lingerie shop a few doors down. This likely will be a go to spot for me. I'm rarely in a hurry and the great conversation is priceless!

Nice, little store with delicious, homemade food. I got the taboule salad and a tart, and both were awesome. The owner is also super friendly. If you are in a rush, this isn't the right store though since it takes a while to get things ready if they're not baked goods.

Yesterday, I was charged $2.95 for a scone, but today I was charged nearly $5. I'm really not happy about the significant price increase.

Such a charming coffee shop, everything is homemade and very reasonably priced.

It was my first visit. I got a ham and veggie quiche and a chocolate chips cookie. I enjoyed having them with my husband. Next time I want to try their tarts!
