The burgers are delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The door leading from the lobby to the patio needs repair, so make sure to push hard on the door… it’ll open!
I can't think of too many burger joints that serve brewskis. We enjoyed ourselves on a very busy elementary school fundraiser night where a brewski was critical. Food and service were fantastic!
Standard shade burger with cheese and regular fries. Food was freshly made to order. Burger and fries needed salt.
Classic shake shack experience! Plenty of outdoor seating. Kid and dog friendly. Counter service was a bit weak. The cashier seemed unaware or ignored our presence for about 3 min until a cleaning team member mentioned to them. They then proceeded to not listen to our order and asked questions (to go vs for here) multiple times despite us stating the information in our initial order. That being said, the team member monitoring the outdoor area was great; friendly, kind, and attentive.Food was solid. And the spot seemed popular. Some loud street noise, but a given considering it is off Arroyo. Small parking lot and some residential parking east of the location.Vegetarian options: Some options but not much. The mushroom burger is deep fried and covered in cheese…which is a pro or con depending on you.Dietary restrictions: Some options but not many for non-meat.Parking: Small lot. Seemed to work during week day lunch. But could be an issue during peak hours.Kid-friendliness: Kid and dog friendly outdoors!Wheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant; but the doors are a bit tricky even for able bodied folks. May be an issue with the exit door latch (going to the outdoor seating area); requires a lot of focused force to open.
