Contribuisci feedbackIt used to take a long time to get our order and the staff were a bit rude. However, the last time we visited, our order was served quickly and the service was polite and efficient.
I ordered delivery through DoorDash, so it was a bit pricier than dining in at the restaurant. Despite this, my food arrived in just 35 minutes. I ordered a regular salad which was decent, though they forgot to include the cilantro dressing. The four-piece chicken I ordered was the best I've had in a while from any El Pollo Loco location. Unfortunately, the corn tortillas were not very warm and fell apart easily. Despite these few issues, I would be willing to give this place another try if I am in the area.
I have tortilla soup and chips and Avacado Dip. The food is good, but the girl I ordered in the car was so rude.
We went to this place when we went through. The food was mostly ok. My chicken was not boiled, but all the others seemed good (write this review 24 hours later and no one got sick), restaurant was quite dirty. Sticky floors throughout, bathrooms were not cleaned (assembled a petrol station bathroom), but they have soap and corresponding signage for employees. The managers did their job well, but an employee gave it very rude to my wife when she was the dressage that should come with her salad (I saw it). When I spoke to the employee in English (only request dressing), she was rude to me and refused to give it to us. When I changed the language and spoke with it in fluent Spanish, she was surprised and gave us what we demanded, but I could say that she was still very hesitant. I was nice about it and was sure to thank her for her extra effort and generosity, but all this reconciled about a few ounces of Zilantro Dressing that should be included with a salad? Not worth it. We won't stop there again.
The staff here always seems to have a bad attitude. The food is usually quite good, but the consistency needs work. Everything seems to take a long time here.
