Too bad I'm not a critic of taste.... I would like to use more specific terms to describe the experience of this succulent journey.... Artichoke and potato pie, a delight, light, delicate and tasty. All ingredients expertly balanced. The tortello, handmade, with porous and al dente pastry immersed in an enveloping asparagus sauce. The cheek is very tender and has really tasty sides. I also tasted the tagliatelle with lamb ragout and the stuffed rabbit... what can I say... Characteristic place and welcoming, fast and knowledgeable staff. Excellent price!!! I highly recommend it...
