Chili's Grill - Payson

First off, eating here was a delight. Loved the staff and the food. But this review is actually a huge shout-out to Hailey, Valerie, and the other staff that answered the phone and ran all over the place after we called back panicked because of a lost wedding ring. They searched the trash and the booth and went above and beyond for helping someone they had not even met. That alone has won this Chili's a special place for us and we'll be sure to visit as often as we visit beloved Payson. Thanks! Kid-friendliness: We had an infant. Got extra straws as she kept stealing and then accidentally tossing them... Excellent patience.

Outstanding staff and service. Noisy. TVs in most corners. Good is overpriced, greasy, and poor quality. Even the salad and hamburgers were prepared with unripe tomatoes. We blotted the food with our napkins. Our poor waiter was apologizing for all but tried his best. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
