Chipotle Mexican Grill - Peachtree City

I didn’t know there was a bad chipotle till I visited this one.The people there are very rude and act as if you’re an inconvenience to them.The gentlemen in front of me asked for some sour cream and mild sauce which he was replied to “MORE SIDES.”It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. This place must have terrible management and I hope the higher ups can see the decline in sales here. Either way I would never go back to this location.

The place is always dirty. Trash cans overflowing. Tables aren't wiped down. The food counter is never clean food is everywhere. Service is not friendly. They were out of napkins, forks, chips, quac and had attitude when asked to restock them. Seems to be a management problem. Not sure how they pass health inspections.

I really enjoyed the customer service the young lady with the braids. Even though she was the only working the line at the time she kept a positive attitude and made sure to smile. I wished I knew her name because this is the only reason I gave 5 stars. On her way out the door she made she to interact with us and make sure everything was good. For the rude lady that checked us out I think her name was Esteban I think she was the manager. She definitely doesn't need to be in customer service industry, she was only concerned about a catering order that was due in 4mins. Not sure why this wasn't prepared earlier especially to do a catering order you have to put in 24hr advance, I'm just saying this probably why so many bad reviews are for this location. It's probably management. But good job for the other young lady, she needs to be promoted!

I had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged even though I counted 5 employees prepping food and occasionally glancing my way. Another customer was already there complaining about their mobile order being late. They were out of brown rice and had opened just a little more than half an hour earlier. I had to wait another 5 minutes for my order to be rung up after my burrito was tossed on the counter next to the register. In all, I had to have been in there for at least 15 minutes with no other customer aside from the man upset about his mobile order. I should have paid attention to the reviews. I won't be visiting this location again.

Avoid this Chipotle terrible customer service. The workers here are so rude and inconvenienced by your presence. Hard to understand what many of them are saying. Their disposition towards you is incredibly disrespectful. This is obviously a poor reflection on their management or lack thereof. This store needs an overhaul of both management and staff as a whole.Also don’t expect to get any chips past 7PM on any given night. This has now happened to me for the 4th time and they always just say “contact corporate.” Just save yourself the trouble and go to moes or Willy’s in PTC.
