Great American Cookies - Peachtree City

I ordered online in the morning for pickup same day at 5:00 pm. I was greeted as I came in the door and my order was immediately ready for pickup. The cookie smelled amazing and was decorated super cute for the holidays! It was a huge hit with the people I gifted it to.

This place was super. I called called Sunday no one answered.Just a few minutes later I got a return call from Kaylee asking me if I had called. WOW I go in Monday to place an order spoke to Pierce. He took my order to pick up Friday. Chloe was there as well she was super polite. I went today to pick up my order spoke to Kaylee on the ohobe. I explained I had my dog in the truck bc we were coming from the vet she offered to bring out my order take my payment. I am IMPRESSED. These 3 went above beyond customer service.

I get all my cookies cakes at this location because their customer service and imagination are top tier. They decorate better than any others around!

They did an amazing job on my cake! Went above and beyond. They added so much character into the cake! So impressed.

Very friendly in here these two young ladies were. Very helpful too. I had points they helped me get the app on my phone to use my points. Cookies were great as always, lots of nice options too.
